
Juana Breslin-Ortiz serves as the Director of Operations & Human Services for The Ortiz Ark Foundation, where she oversees daily operations and leads initiatives that strengthen individuals, families, and the community. She is also the Director of Women of the Ark, a program dedicated to empowering women through mentorship, education, wellness, and support.
Juana also leads ASPIRE, a fun, creative, and inspiring youth leadership program that encourages children and teens from kindergarten through high school to dream big, express themselves, and develop confidence through art, public speaking, creativity, leadership, and hands-on activities. Believing every child has a unique purpose, she helps young people turn their dreams into achievable goals.
In addition, Juana coordinates the Foundation's annual Galentine's Celebration, which promotes women's empowerment, self-care, and sisterhood, as well as community initiatives focused on anti-bullying awareness and domestic violence prevention. Through her compassionate leadership and unwavering commitment to service, Juana is dedicated to creating opportunities that inspire hope, healing, and lasting positive change for individuals and families throughout the community.

Philip Rivera serves as the Annual Giving Officer & Events Director for The Ortiz Ark Foundation. He leads the Foundation's fundraising efforts by organizing community events, hosting charitable bingo fundraisers, and building meaningful relationships that support the organization's mission. Philip is passionate about bringing people together through engaging events that strengthen the community while raising critical resources for those in need.
He also proudly hosts the Foundation's annual Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser, with proceeds benefiting local individuals and families affected by breast cancer, including those currently in treatment, survivors, and organizations dedicated to cancer research and patient support. Through his leadership, generosity, and commitment to service, Philip continues to make a lasting impact by creating events that inspire hope, compassion, and community giving.

Jalyssa Marie Ortiz serves as the Executive Staff Liaison & Events Coordinator for The Ortiz Ark Foundation. She plays a vital role in coordinating organizational operations, supporting executive leadership, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of the Foundation's largest community events. Jalyssa also leads the Foundation's youth group, creating opportunities for young people to grow through service, leadership, and community engagement.
She oversees and coordinates the Foundation's signature annual events, including the Easter Egg Hunt, Thanksgiving Turkey Drive, and Angel Tree Christmas Program, which collectively serve hundreds of children, families, and seniors each year. In addition, Jalyssa manages large-scale special events and community initiatives, ensuring every event reflects the Foundation's mission of hope, compassion, and service. Her exceptional organizational skills, dedication, and heart for the community help create meaningful experiences that bring people together and make a lasting impact.

Jennie Mora serves as the Feeding Our Neighbors Coordinator & Volunteer Coordinator for The Ortiz Ark Foundation. She helps coordinate the food pantry program, organize food distributions, and support volunteers who make the Foundation’s outreach possible. Through her dedication, compassion, and commitment to service, Jennie plays an important role in helping families access food, resources, and community support.

Director of Administration & Sports Development
Chris serves as the Director of Administration & Sports Development for the Ortiz Ark Foundation, where he combines strong leadership, organizational excellence, and a passion for youth development to help advance the foundation's mission.
A respected community leader, certified trainer, coach, and dedicated mentor, Chris has devoted countless hours to empowering youth and adults through leadership, sports, education, and personal development. His ability to inspire others, build meaningful relationships, and create positive opportunities has earned him the respect of those throughout the community.
As Director of Administration & Sports Development, Chris oversees administrative operations while helping expand the foundation's sports and recreation initiatives. His focus is on creating safe, inclusive, and empowering environments where young people can develop confidence, leadership skills, teamwork, discipline, and character.
Chris believes that sports are more than competition they are a pathway to mentorship, personal growth, and stronger communities. Erica Rivera serves as the Office Manager & Housing Counselor for The Ortiz Ark Foundation. She oversees the Foundation's daily administrative operations while helping individuals and families navigate housing resources, eviction prevention, and pathways to stable housing. Erica is dedicated to ensuring every client receives compassionate guidance and the support they need to achieve long term stability.
In addition to her office and housing responsibilities, Erica proudly coordinates the Foundation's annual Toxiana's Trunk or Treat, creating a fun, safe, and family friendly Halloween celebration that brings the community together while providing children with a memorable experience. Through her organization, leadership, and commitment to service, Erica helps strengthen the Foundation's impact throughout the community.

Cariangelie Martinez serves as the Photographer & Special Projects Assistant for The Ortiz Ark Foundation. A dedicated local Realtor and United States Postal Service employee, Cariangelie brings creativity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to community service in every role she fulfills. She captures the Foundation's most meaningful moments through photography while assisting with special projects, community initiatives, and organizational events. Through her attention to detail, community spirit, and passion for serving others, Cariangelie helps preserve the Foundation's impact and share its mission of hope, compassion, and empowerment.

Christian Ortiz Cruz serves as the Culture & Arts Director for The Ortiz Ark Foundation. Passionate about creativity, cultural expression, and community engagement, Christian develops programs and events that celebrate the diversity, heritage, and artistic talents of the communities we serve.
